Pacific Terrace Walking Tour

A walking history tour of a portion of Pacific Terrace in Klamath Falls will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14.

The walk is being offered a second time this year, after drawing a large crowd the first time around in July.

The walk will highlight formation of the Hot Springs neighborhood, which includes many homes built during the boom time of Klamath Falls in the 1920s and ’30s. Most of the homes were built for leading professional and business men in the community.

Sponsored by the Klamath County Museum and the Klamath County Historical Society, the walk is free and open to anyone interested.

Participants are asked to gather in Pacific Terrace Park, at the corner of Esplanade Avenue.
