Malin America Legion – Memorial Day Breakfast Fundraiser

What: Malin American Legion – Veterans of Foreign Wars Breakfast Fund Raiser

When: Memorial Day May 27th, 2024

Time: 7 to 10 am

Place: Malin Community Hall Right next to the beautiful Malin Park in Malin Oregon

Cost will be $10 for Adults and $5 for children under 10 years, under 5 free

Note: Malin American Legion – VFW use funds to:

1: Sponsor students attending Boys and Girls State Camps and other youth activities

2: Provide assistance to veterans in need.

3: Maintain and provide medical equipment such as Walkers, Wheel Chairs etc.

4: Maintain Flags at Cemetery & Street Flags.

5: To Provide Honor Guard Ceremonies at Veteran Funerals.

6: Malin American Legion will be holding Memorial Ceremonies at the Tulelake Veterans Memorial honoring veterans who have passed away this past year at 1300 hours. (That’s 1:00 pm) This will include special presentation of their names and followed by the rifle salute and taps.
