WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senate Finance Committee Chairman Ron Wyden, D-Ore., will convene a hearing on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 titled: “Youth Residential Treatment Facilities: Examining Failures and Evaluating Solutions” in conjunction with releasing the Committee’s findings from its two-year investigation into alleged abuse and neglect at residential treatment facilities (RTFs). The hearing will take place at 10:00 a.m. ET (7:00 a.m. PT) in Room G-50 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
The witnesses invited to testify at Wednesday’s hearing will be:
