On Tuesday April 2, 2024 the Klamath County Sheriff Office along with Detectives with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 2649 Altamont Drive, Klamath Falls, Oregon. The search warrant and arrest warrant were for the apprehension of Robert Allen Tibbett for the crimes of Lewd Act on a Child Under 14 Using Force / Violence X 9, Bail $1,800,000 out of Sacramento County, California. The Search Warrant was executed without incident and Robert Tibbett is in custody awaiting extradition to California.
