CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon Tech point-guard Jamison Guerra was named Cascade Conference Men’s Basketball Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the league office.
The senior, from Sherwood, had back-to-back stellar games in leading the Hustlin’ Owls to key home wins over Corban and Bushnell.
Guerra recorded 20 points with seven assists in Friday’s win over Corban, followed by 15 points, six rebounds and nine assists vs. Bushnell. He connected on 12-of-19 field goal attempts and 2-of-4 3-point chances.
Tech hits the road for the next three games – starting Friday night at Lewis-Clark State, with tip-off set for 7 p.m.
