CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon Tech forward Alexis Elquist was named Cascade Conference Women’s Basketball Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the league office.
The fifth-year senior from Elko, Nev., helped the Lady Owls to two lopsided wins at the Lithia Classic.
Friday night, Elquist scored 12 points with six rebounds in a victory over UC Merced, following it up with career-highs of 20 points and 15 rebounds in a win over Cal Maritime. For the weekend, she connected on 14-of-24 field goal chances.
The Lady Owls return to action on Wednesday, traveling to Arizona for a match-up at Park Gilbert.
