After leading 14-0 at halftime, Pendleton/Nixyaawii (7-3) outscored Mazama (5-5) 20-0 in the third quarter to avenge a first-round loss to the Vikings in last year’s playoffs.

Lost River’s (8-2) first 2A playoff game since 2019 turned into its fifth straight running clock win as Gaston (7-3) lost in the first round for the second year in a row.
