Eugene, Ore – The Ducks used an elite second half to push them over the Lancers on Tuesday night. After leading only by five at halftime, Oregon stepped on the gas and outscored Cal Baptist 40-24 in the second half.
Kario Oquendo came off the bench to score 20 points, Jackson Shelstad added 17, and Brennan Rigsby notched 11 points for Oregon. Dominique Daniels Jr. led Cal Baptist in scoring with 13 points.
The Ducks shot the ball at a 52% clip overall and made half of their 18 shots from beyond the arc. The Lancers only shot 35% in the loss.
Oregon improved to 7-2 overall on the season and will return to action on Sunday when they entertain Syracuse in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
