Ducks Dismantle Arizona State 49-13

Tempe, Ariz – Bo Nix threw for 404 yards and tossed a career-high six touchdowns in a Ducks victory on Saturday. Oregon buried the Sun Devils 49-13.

UO jolted out to a 21-0 lead after the first quarter and added another three touchdowns in the second quarter bringing a 42-0 lead into the locker rooms. The nation’s #1 offense piled on one more score in the fourth quarter to sew away the win. The Ducks plastered 603 total yards on the Sun Devils, with running back Bucky Irving rushing for 63 yards and surpassing 1,000 yards for the season.

Five different Ducks caught touchdown passes with Troy Franklin and Patrick Herbert hauling in a pair each. Gary Bryant Jr, Tez Johnson, and Casey Kelly added scores in the victory.

Oregon stayed at #6 in the latest AP Poll with the CFP Poll to be released on Tuesday.

The Ducks finish the regular season Friday night when they host Oregon State.
