Klamath Falls, OR – The Klamath Falls Little League 50/70 Intermediate State Champions are preparing to take their game to the next level as they head to Arizona next week to compete at regionals. This is a remarkable achievement for the team, as they are one of only three boys teams and 6th team overall from the Klamath Basin to make it this far in the bid for the Little League World Series.
The Klamath Falls Little League 50/70 Intermediate team is composed of talented local players ages 13 and under who have shown exceptional skill and determination throughout the entire season. They defeated teams from Ashland, Wilsonville, and Salem to earn this.
With the upcoming regionals in Arizona, the team is holding multiple fundraisers throughout the next few days. The money raised will help with transportation, lodging, and food in Arizona. The team will be collecting donations on Friday night at the Klamath Falls Falcons home game, Saturday there will be a booth at the Brew and Q at Steen’s where you can dunk players, there is a bottle and can drop setup at Adora Salon all week, and lastly they are holding a car wash Sunday from 11am-3pm at 630 Oak Avenue (Adora Salon). If you are unable to attend these events, but wish to donate please do so here via our GoFundme: https://gofund.me/faf822c9
This achievement is not only a testament to the team’s skills but also the dedication of their coaches and parents. The Klamath Falls Little League and families than you for your support.
